DoneCo.app Private Testing Terms

These terms apply to private testing and early access use of DoneCo.app, operated by Level Up App Factory. If you use DoneCo.app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms and connect that organization's tools.

Private Testing

DoneCo.app is currently offered for private testing. Features may change, pause, break, or be removed as the product is refined before public launch. Private-test access does not create a long-term service commitment or service-level agreement.

Your Account and Workspace

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens in your workspace. You are responsible for inviting only appropriate users and agents, assigning permissions carefully, and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the workspace content, integration data, project data, files, messages, feedback, and other materials you provide to DoneCo.app. You give DoneCo.app permission to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the private testing service.

Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Slack, GitHub, Microsoft, Jira, GitLab, HubSpot, Intercom, Zapier, email, or file services. You must have the right to connect each account, workspace, organization, repository, calendar, mailbox, file, or service that you authorize.

Third-party integrations remain governed by the third party's own terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, and availability. DoneCo.app is not responsible for changes, outages, or permission decisions made by those providers.

AI, Approval Gates, and Autopilot

DoneCo.app uses AI to draft, summarize, classify, route, and propose Actions. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing proposed Actions before approving, editing, rejecting, or enabling any auto-execution setting.

Autopilot and external messaging capabilities should be enabled only for action classes and workflows that you have reviewed and trust. You remain responsible for decisions made in your workspace.

Acceptable Use

Do not use DoneCo.app to process illegal content, infringe third-party rights, attack systems, bypass security controls, send spam, misrepresent identity, violate provider terms, or evaluate people through prohibited surveillance-style workflows.

DoneCo.app is not directed to children under 13, and private-test users should be old enough to use business productivity software in their location.

Privacy and Data Requests

Use of DoneCo.app is also governed by the DoneCo.app Privacy Notice. Contact help@doneco.app for support, privacy requests, export requests, deletion requests, or testing access changes.

Feedback

You may send feedback during testing. DoneCo.app may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation, while continuing to handle personal data according to the Privacy Notice.

Availability and Changes

Private-test access is provided as-is and may include bugs, downtime, incomplete integrations, changing behavior, data migrations, or limited support. DoneCo.app may update these terms as the product moves from private testing toward public launch.
